B&M Construction is a full service furniture procurement and installation company with GSA schedule certification. Our team of educated individuals can plan, order and install all of your furniture requirements. The B&M team of furniture specialists bring over two decades of experience and expertise in designing, creating and installing the perfect space.

BMC has been involved in the furniture marketplace since 2008 and holds the following GSA schedules under its GSA MAS Contracts: #GS-29F-0005U, 71-II-K Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (Expires 10/2017) and #GS-28F-0049W, 71-1 Packaged Office (Expires 09/07/17). Under our Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract, we are able to facilitate almost any new product purchase or installation requirement. This enables us to become a fully integrated “turn-key” small business solution. Through our teaming arrangements with government furniture suppliers, working within their national dealership network, we have been able to provide government agencies across the country with a single point of contact for all of their furniture requirements.

B&M Construction’s Staff Designer will help guide you through the furniture selection process. Space planning services are also offered, enabling BMC to prepare design plans within your scope and budget. BMC can create finish selections, layouts and design schemes based on your specific needs.


BMC oversees all areas of the furniture process including furniture order, delivery, installation, punch list and post occupancy follow through. The Project Manager will analyze the entire project and develop a detailed plan to complete the project on time and within budget.


BMC has a large installation team of certified installers that self-perform every project for a turn-key project solution. We have two large installation teams based in California and Florida for complete national coverage. Weather the project consists of 10 or 100 workstations, our installers will complete every job with integrity.


At B&M we are able to ensure clients always know what product they own, have available for use, and what condition it is in. As part of our asset management services, we provide cloud based inventory tracking services, to include receiving, bar coding of items, racking, storage, cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance of furniture and ancillary items to optimize product life span and maximize product value for the client. When client assets are designated as no longer serviceable, B&M will assist clients with proper recycling and disposal.
