In 2008, B&M Construction added the Furniture Procurement Division. With over eight years of experience under our belt, we now offer full design and furniture services to contracts of all sizes across the country.

Owner Barbara Myrick has played a key role in the development of Small and Minority Business rules and regulations over her career. Most recently Ms. Myrick has been recognized for the following certifications; successful completion of all requirements of Building a High Performing Minority Business recognized by Tuck University School of Business at Dartmouth 2015, successful completion of all requirements in the CVS Health Executive Learning Series for Diverse Suppliers at Roger Williams University School of Continuing Studies Professional Education Center in 2015 and is authorized to execute and fulfill the duties of the office for the State of Colorado’s Minority Business Advisory Council for a term ending on January 31, 2018, WBENC Energy Program 2018, Robert Half Leadership Program 2019, and Tuck IBM/WBENC School of Business 2019.

Barbara Myrick is the President of B&M Construction, Inc, since its inception. She holds a Master’s Degree in Acquisition and Procurement with a certification in government contracting from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance for Regis University. Ms. Myrick has fulfilling her second appointment with the State of Colorado for the Minority Business Office, Office of Economic Development and International Trade. She also holds a seat with DORA, Electrical Board, Chair of the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce’s and a National Forum Chair with the National Women’s Business Enterprise Council in Washington D.C. She is an honorable discharged Army Veteran and has obtained many awards in her industry with the most recent award being the 2020 Enterprising Women of the Year, 2018 Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Minority Business of the Year2018 Women’s Veteran’s Business Enterprise of the Year given by JP Morgan Chase & Co and the National Veteran-owned business Association. Mr. Moran is a corporate finance specialist with 20 years of experience and he has participated in the execution of more than $20 billion of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions worldwide. Mr. Moran has worked as both a Chief Financial Officer managing transition, transaction and turnaround assignments and as an investment banker managing complex corporate development initiatives on behalf of clients.
He was a Founding Partner of Tri-Artisan Partners LLP in London, a privately held merchant bank engaged in principal investments. Tri-Artisan was funded by some of the leading U.S. and international private equity firms including Apollo, Oakhill and Sumitomo and was subsequently merged with Morgan Joseph. At Tri-Artisan, Mr. Moran was actively involved in the sourcing and financing of leveraged buyouts throughout Europe for the firm’s $250 million co-investment fund. Prior to Tri-Artisan, Mr. Moran was a senior executive at Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, the second largest bank in Germany, where he headed the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Group out of London & Frankfurt.
Prior to Commerzbank, Mr. Moran was a Vice President in the M&A department at ABN Amro in London and attained the level of Associate in the Corporate Finance department at Salomon Smith Barney in London and New York. Mr. Moran began his career as Analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York and is a graduate of Bucknell University in Pennsylvania where he holds a B.A. in Business Management / Economics and Spanish Literature.

Richard L. Winegar is highly seasoned and resolute Master Electrician and Construction Contractor with superior skill set in repairing and troubleshooting faulty electrical system components. Flexible scheduling availability to accommodate emergencies and unusual situations. Exceptionally adept at training junior and apprentice electricians in system problem identification and repair. Mr. Winegar also has extensive experience with land development to include site development, utilities, septic tank, wells, track and custom homes

Michele Angelo graduated from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale with a degree in Interior Design and has over 30 years of commercial interior design and space planning experience. She is well versed in commercial interior design and healthcare from physician offices all specialties including diagnostic and imaging suites. Interior design packages including but not limited to specifications of furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings, millwork, lighting, custom cabinetry and other various items finishes specific to the particular industry for which selections are required. Ms. Angelo is proficient in AutoCAD drafting for space planning, elevations, lighting, electrical as well as reading and producing blueprints.
She is well versed in the implementation of projects to be cost-effective and practical while meeting the client’s goals and objectives. As an Interior Designer on various large scale projects over the past 30 years, Ms. Angelo has experience working with management at all levels, architects, vendors and administrative staff. Field supervision of projects beginning with construction through to installation of artwork. Michele’s natural gift of organizational skills make her proficient at scheduling, project tracking and time management where project management is a requirement.

Les was born in Augsburg Germany. He grew up in Northwest Oklahoma, graduating from Woodward High School. After attending a couple of years at Oklahoma State University, Les joined the United States Army. After 25 ½ years of service, Les retired from the Army. Les received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2014 from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He then went on and received his Master of Science in Accounting in 2018.
