US AIR FORCE ACADEMY CADET GYM RENOVATION

This joint venture project was a multi-phased renovation which consisted of approximately 135,000 square feet within the historical Cadet Gymnasium. Practice Gymnasium renovation with new wood flooring, electrically operated vertically folding partition, spectator bleachers, scoreboard, storage rooms, upgraded mechanical systems, new lighting and a fire alarm system were completed by B&M Construction’s team. Natatorium renovation included structural demolition, new locker rooms, pool repairs and upgrades. The conversion of existing squash and racquetball courts to martial arts and aerobic exercise rooms included structural concrete demolition, new structural steel with topping slabs, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, lighting, a fire suppression, fire detection and alarm systems.
